I suspect it is to do with:
a) Being forced to go outside
b) Being forced to socialise in some way
c) Learning something and feeling the satisfaction of doing it with others
d) A happy/supportive environment with no major egos
e) The exercise I also get from biking there
f) The caffeine I make sure I drink at the break time!
I want to try to integrate this sort of practice in my life in a general sense once I finish the classes. Will update when I think of good ideas.
